Run for 5 minutes
Perform the following three exercises for 10 rounds:
5 burpees
10 walking lunges
15 air squats
Run for 5 minutes
Perform tabata of each movement (tabata = 20 sec of working, 10 sec of rest for 8 rounds for 4 min total)
