Brian's History:
Brian began his fitness journey as a young kid where he excelled in multiple sports including baseball, basketball, football and track. Baseball was his true passion, and he was able to play collegiate baseball. However, his life drastically changed in 2004 when a car accident left him paralyzed from the neck down. Brian spent the next three years performing physical therapy and miraculously returned to the baseball diamond to pitch again for his college team. After that experience, Brian dedicated himself to the world of physical therapy and fitness. After seven years of schooling, he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy and has been practicing and training clients for over 15 years. He enjoys the challenges of physical therapy and fitness training as well as building a personal, lifelong connection with his clients.
